Meet Katelyn

Raised on Florida’s beaches and shaped by the Caribbean sun, my love for swimwear design runs deep.

I’ve spent over 12 years creating top-selling collections for brands like Beach Bunny Swimwear, REVOLVE, Target, and Fabletics. My work has been featured in Sports Illustrated and worn by celebrities such as Kylie Jenner, Megan Thee Stallion, and Sofia Richie, adding style credibility and global visibility to the collections I’ve helped bring to life.

But what drives me most is the process: collaborating with passionate teams to create meaningful and beautiful products.

After earning a Marketing degree and studying Fashion Design at FIDM, I dove right in, interning with indie brands and learning every facet of design, development, and production.

My passion for sustainability led me to pursue an MBA in Sustainable Fashion Management.

This foundation propelled my work at REVOLVE, where I helped launch and scale the swim category into a top-selling division. I also led the transition to 90% recycled fabrics and supported the development of company-wide sustainability initiatives.

Today, I run Cunningham Conscious Fashion, where I partner with brands to build beautiful, sustainable swimwear collections from the ground up.

I believe collaboration is a powerful tool for sustainability, sharing knowledge, resources, and creativity to make fashion smarter and more responsible.

My background spans not just swimwear, but also resort, loungewear, active, and intimates, always with a focus on fit, function, and forward-thinking design.
